Anna Marie is a 26 year old native of Prattville and works in Montgomery with the Alabama Department of Public Health as their graphic designer and webcast specialist for the Video Communications and Distance Learning Division. She first joined the BFW family in 2012 after hearing about the event from a Birmingham photographer, and she’s been hooked ever since! Anna Marie says she can’t thank the BFW founders and crew enough for all the opportunities and connections she has made because of this event. “BFW is one of the highlights of my year and I will be a part of it as long as they will have me! The friendships I have made will last me a lifetime and it has been an honor and privilege to be the face of such a wonderful event that provides so many opportunities for the creatives in and around the Birmingham area.” Since her first year in BFW, she has been able to walk in NYFW twice and has had many other runway and print jobs around Alabama. Ms. Mobley still currently resides in Prattville, but hopes to make Birmingham home one day. She plans to always make time for modeling and is still considering whether joining an agency is part of her journey or not. “I am most alive and passionate when I’m modeling, so I hope for it to always be a part of my life in one way or another.”

“I am about to turn twenty-five, so I feel like I should already have my career set and working towards the future. While, I am working toward the future, it may not be the same as everyone else my age. First, I am getting back to basics. I am relearning myself and finding I have a lot of work to do yet; however, I am getting to know my true wants and needs and realizing I am a pretty cool gal. Second, I will be continuing my education, eventually receiving my masters in Psychology. I want to take baby steps back into college, starting with a couple of classes next fall. I do already know one thing, my passion for modeling and fashion is my escape; and I will play dress up and walk a runway, until I am wilted and walking with a cane.”

At age 14 when she entered, Caroline Dillard had no idea that auditioning for BFW would bring so many exciting opportunities. She plans to return to New York this summer and is most looking forward to serving with her church on a mission trip to Panama. Caroline is a sophomore at Vestavia Hills High School and plans to attend Auburn University.
